It is with great pleasure to announce that a handful of our hard-working craftsmen have been chosen for the Construction Industry Centers Master Craftsmanship Award for The Storm Damage Repair Project at Camp Rapid, South Dakota Army National Guard. This award is for the recognition and encouragement of outstanding workmanship of the craftsman in the application of extra effort to display true craftsmanship and ingenuity on the job. Even though the annual award banquet could not be held this year, we are so proud of these guys and all of their hard work and dedication!

We are pleased to inform everyone that our two interns from Western Dakota Tech have successfully finished their 3 month Internship with us! Megan Snow and Francisco Escobar have demonstrated great potential and a commitment to their craft for us these past few months, and we want to give them a huge shout out for all of their hard work and dedication.
Complete Concrete, Inc. was happy to sponsor the 2020 Block Kids Building Competition put on by (NAWIC) National Association of Women in Construction, Black Hills Chapter #269. This event took place at the Club fo Boys on Saturday, January 18th. This fun competition gave both boys and girls from Kindergarten thru 6th grade the opportunity to use their imagination and build something construction related using 100 legos, a piece of string, a piece of aluminum foil and a rock. Prizes were given in each age group for the best construction related idea. Mark Noteboom, head of safety and workforce developement with Complete Concrete, helped with set up and was also one of the judges at the event. Misty Fuller, employed by Complete Concrete, Inc. sat on the NAWIC Block Kids committee as promotion and marketing. It was a great time and it awesome to see the kids come up with ideas to improve the construction industry.
Complete Concrete Inc. receives the Silver Award from the American Concrete Pavement Association! This National Award in Excellence in Concrete Pavement was presented to Complete Concrete, Inc. in Recognition of the Oustanding Design and Construction for Mt. Rushmore Road Reconstruction-Phase III.
Complete Concrete was honored to have the National Association of Women in Construction group select our company to show them our work in progress at the Rapid City West Substation, a job we are a subcontractor underneath Besler Inc. The owner is Black Hills Energy.
Complete Concrete is partnered with the Rapid City Area Schools to promote and provide opportunites for the kids of our community to be involved and learn the construction industry. We are able to offer opportunites and share knowledge of all aspects of construction and construction management. We are excited to help the youth to gain skills to help them thrive in the job force.
Misty Fuller and Mark Noteboom represented Complete Concrete, Inc. on March 20th, 2019 at the 21st Annual Black Hills Job Fair in Rapid City. Over 85 local employers and more than 1000 job seekers attended the event providing the opportunity to meet many new candidates face to face in one setting.
